biking and fundraising!
In between the snow days, yes we are still getting snow, I have begun biking. I started with a few days of 5.5km and then I began cycling around the block (9.3km) and then this past weekend I did 20km. At the end of that ride I was sore, not so much muscles as much as joints. My elbows were hurting, so yes there is a purpose to getting a stronger core!!! (Less pressure from my hands supporting my weight.
Anyways Ive been told to give an update on my fundraising efforts (thanks Melissa!). I have done a church announcement and given support letters to everyone in my church. My mom has also been giving me ideas and we are in the beginning stages of thinking about doing a garage sale/ bake sale.
